Great place to stay for business or pleasure

Room smelled musty.

The rooms don't have numbers. They use painters tape to number the rooms. Our room had left over food in the fridge and eggs in the microwave. The bedding was in horrible condition and the sheets were dirty. Had to ask housekeeping to come in and clean the room! I will never stay here again!

I reserved 2 rooms...one for me and one for my son and his girlfriend. I rarely write negative reviews, but there was so much wrong during our stay, I have to say something. I also completed the survey sent to me by the hotel to make them aware. I had to ask for a room change because in the first room I was given, the thermostat was stuck on 61 degrees and would not change. The pillow cases in that room had stains on them. In the room that I was switched to were the following issues: 1. the floors were sticky, 2. there was a roll of toilet paper that had very little left on it so I had to go to the front desk and ask for another roll, 3. there was NO shampoo in the shower dispensers, 4. there were NO cups to make a hot drink like coffee or tea - only the plastic cups for water. In the room that my son was in - they woke up in the morning to damp clothes due to what I assume was an air conditioning issue and too much moisture in the room. Since we were only staying one night, we decided to make the best of it because we arrived late in the day. In the hotel itself - the elevator was not working, there were large trash cans left in the main hallway for the entire time we were there instead of being put away. The push bar on the stairwell door was missing a latch so we had to work with the door to open it. The carpet in the stairwell appeared not to have been vacuumed for a long time. And, for no apparent reason, all of the room doors had the room number written on painter's tape. This in one of 3 hotels within less than a mile of each other. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express next time.

Ok for overnight stay to sleep....nothing more. Broke elevator, had to call for guest service at desk. Arrived 2 hrs. before check-in. They had a room available but wanted to charge for early check-in (2 hrs.) Ok place for 1 night stay. Small and old tv system. Ok hot breakfast.
